Naturally Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Cider.

A blend of Dabinett (60%) & Yarlington Mill (40%) cider apples, sourced from Gregg's Pit home orchard in the village of Much Marcle, & another traditional standard orchard at Great Moorcourt Farm, both of which are located in the heart of Herefordshire.

Gregg's Pit offer small batches of single variety and named varietal blends of cider and perry using wild yeast with natural, slow fermentations, matured in stainless steel tanks. They proudly harness traditional methods with their ancient stone press, which dates from the 18th century.

Smooth, with low acidity & lightly bitter tail. Medium tannins, with toffee apple, butterscotch & phenolic notes. Matured in steel, fermented with wild yeasts, finished in bottle.
